Lightweight, easy to handle, and gets the job done!

Does an amazing job on hardwood floors and low pile rugs. Great suction power and easy to clean canister. Great value compared to Dysons. Only drawback is that the battery lasts about 15 min on max.

Better than our dyson vaccums we have purchased in the past, long lasting battery for a hand held and the vacuum get the job done everywhere (hard surface, carpet, car, everywhere).

Def did not expect to get such a great vacuum! It picks up things you cant even see!

This is ok, I wanted a second stick vacuum for one of the floors in my house. Other stick vaccum is a Dyson - the Samsung one can't even compare to the Dyson in terms of suction power and what it picks up. After I vacuum, my Dyson will have a lot of fine dust in it whereas this Samsung stick probably picks up about 1/4 of what the Dyson will pick up (same house, same square footage being vacuumed). I wouldn't buy it again

It's been very convenient not having to mess with cords while vacuuming. Sometimes with larger debris like cereal I have to lift the head and kind of place it down over it because pushing forward will just push the cereal around. The forst time I used it after charging the battery died after 20-25 minutrs, using the medium setting 99% of the time with short bursts of the high setting for no more than 3 seconds at a time. Since then I've been able to do the first floor of my hoyse in under 20 minutes so i haven't seen the battery die again. I was a little disappointed that it doesn't come with the soft roller brush head. The product description doest mention it but on of the answers on this page from a Samsung representative makes it seem like it's included. If i knew that going in I probably would've spent a bit more on a dual roller stick vacuum but so far I've been satisfied with the performance on my hard floors.
