Amazing vacuum definitely better than Dyson vacuum. Great for home with pets.

Never picked up anything and is already broken — cheap plastic “lock” mechanism that holds the plastic container in place fell out! $400 for junk??? I have an older version of this at my other home and never have problems with it. JUNK!!!!!!!!!!

This little vacuum is light weight and easily maneuverable which is very important for a two story home and for use by an older woman with arthritis. The suction power is comparable to larger heavier vacuums I’ve owned previously. The addition of an extra battery ensures that I will always be able to complete my cleaning chores and not have to wait for a recharge. The battery is easy to change and the waste receptacle is easy to empty and clean. It is so nice to not have to bother with a cord. It performs well on hardwood, tile, and carpet.

Easy maneuver - light weight - fast charging battery - great suction

Very good, it does its job well, it arrived on time, it has 2 batteries, the charge lasts quite a while, it is worth the purchase.

Got this after trying some shark and hoover options. While more expensive this one far superiir in terms of performance ans battery life. Spare battery and quick remove and replace option is nice. Could have had better design for emptying dust bin without having to remove the container.

This is better than a 4 star review but it's not really a 5 because it has no light. I didn't realize I was missing out until I used my sister's Ryobi. That light is awesome. My Samsung is lighter. It's easier to lift for me, I have rotator cuff issues. That said, her Ryobi isn't that much heavier but I prefer the lightness of the Samsung. Her Ryobi is free standing. My Samsung is not. This could be related to the weight of the machines. The Ryobi costs less. This one might be slightly overpriced considering the comparison. Would I recommend this to a friend? yes. Would I recommend it over my sister's choice of the Ryobi ONE+ 18V Cordless Stick Vacuum Cleaner Kit with 4.0 Ah Battery and Charger? --I think that choice depends on what you are looking for.

The Samsung Jet 75+ started off strong with good suction and the convenience of an extra battery, but it didn’t last. Ours had issues within a year, which was frustrating given the price. For the higher reviews and cost, I expected much better reliability.

This is so much better than other cordless stick vacs I have had. There is great suction I use it on tile, area rugs and carpet. I have a couple of kitties and it works well on pet hair too. Only thing I would change is giving it a bigger dust bin.

I think this is a great vacuum. Wish it had more attachments and was a bit cheaper. But overall it’s been great. So much easier to vacuum. Haven’t tried it on carpet. I still have an upright for the area rugs.

I love this product so easy to vacuum, so I look for reasons to-a crumb here, dog here there. Some difficulty learning assembly and disassembly but slowly getting it… And I am older in my 70s. Such a joy to vacuum without a cord.

Battery is holding up better than reviews! It is amazing how much it pulls from the floor. I have never had bagless but seems a little irritating the filter clean.

Its super lite. And the noise its make isnt as loud as other vacuum.

This vacume is amazing! I have all hardwood and vinal flooring with rugs and multiple pets that shed, this vacume doesnt skip a beat! Would highly recommend (and i have) to friends and family, having a 2nd battery that come with this unit was a huge selling point for me. I can vacume my whole house (all though only 900sqft) on one charge, and still have some battery life left, haven't had the need to change battery while vacuming! Use default setting and get approximately 20-25min per charge

Purchased this item over the Dyson. The battery life was longer than the others and mostly, it comes with an extra battery! This allows for me to clean upstairs and downstairs without having to wait for other brands to recharge! I love it!!!

Was not expecting it to work as well as it does. Gets almost all hair up first time around and spills clean up really easy. The batter life is also phenomenal.
