Great until it stops charging
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I first got this thing it was amazing and I was in love, then after a few months the item now will not hold a charge at all. Even after plugging it in overnight, or for days, the next time I turn it on (while plugged in!) the light indicates low battery and green light blinks to indicate charging. It never turns solid green after days to indicate full battery, and thus repeat of the above. Without a battery that works, this thing can't finish a whole cycle without dying. Extremely disappointed

I have a 16ft×7ft foyer and 24ft×18ft space, this mop takes about an hour to clean both. Intelligent enough to prevent itself from rolling down the corner steps. Decides before cleaning some spots for now or later and makes sure that is cleaned by the end of the cycle. Real value for money. Turn it on and forget it. App reminds you once done.

It will go on carpet if your carpet is thin. Also, the water inside the disks can not be checked easily. You need to manually take them off to check the water level. The fabric is not very durable and it will shred after one use. The machines keeps on banging on the furniture and it needs to be "supervised" when working. I returned it after one use. It takes so long to clean one room and yet, there still are places you need to manually mop.

However I purchased it with intentions of using it in a large area. In the large area it just wanders place to place and doesn’t really that well.

For some reason it won't charge properly. Won't turn on. I charge it after each cycle and then next time I use it a few days later it needs to be charged. Now it's not holding a charge at all and won't work.
