I wanted to love this...But
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted to love this robotic mop. I mean I have 4 robotic vacuums around the house and just love them. I found this mop just needs to much attention. It does work ok, But misses a lot of spots. It could benefit from mapping. Has no sensors to slow it down when hitting cabinets. Wish I could set boundaries to keep it in a smaller area to do a better job. Try's to clean area rags and foam mat tiles for babes. Wish I could add more than just water to it. By the time I set it up to clean and then when it's done mopping clean it and put it back on the charge I could have just mopped my self and done a better job. For me this just isn't readily for prime time yet.

I prefer my steam mop to this Samsung. It doesn't hold very much water. I don't feel like it cleans the floor very well. I feel like you need to mop before using this. I have to feel the floor to see if it's actually doing something, and it's barely noticably damp. It's a waste of time to have this. Honestly, I'd rather mop "the old fashioned" way. It gets 2 starts for a nice concept. Wonder if I'm doing something wrong because I love all my other Samsung products.
