We initially had difficulty with the installation of the dishwasher, human error not dishwasher error. We have run it several times and it is pretty quiet. The feature I like the most is the door pops open when it is done. Lets the dishes continue to dry eliminates trapped moisture.

This is an amazing dishwasher. Pretty LED lighting, super quiet. I got it because my mom loves hers. It cleans really well as I discovered when I tested it with mixing bowls and casserole dishes I didn't bother to scrub (with cascade platinum). Still figuring out the best way to load it so that top plates don't get in the way of the blades. There's a convenient little tray where I put small items like baby bottles and pump parts but it seems to come off easy and hard to put back on. With the caveat that I haven't read the manual

The dishwasher is very nice looking once installed. When running it is very quiet, nearly inaudible and does not disturb you while having a conversation standing right next to it. If you need to add a dish the button placement is poor for restarting the cycle. The cycle time is very long at nearly 3 hours with average or less cleaning results. Overall I am disappointed with the cleanliness of the dishes and I would not recommend a water wall unit over the traditional units.

We love our new Samsung dishwasher. It does a good job & is so quiet compared to our old machine. Easy to use & has great features.

I've used different brands of dishwashers in the past and they seemed to clean well, work well etc, but this is the first one that, without adding anything to it besides the dishwasher soap, the glassware comes out sparkly clean with no water spots just from our normal well water. It is so quiet, you can't tell it is running until it drains the water. At the end, it plays a song and opens the door on its own to let you know it is done. Never had that happen before. We love it!

This has to be the quietest dishwasher ever. We didn't think it was working and had to open the door to check. Cleans really well. We're still exploring all the features as we have only had it for a couple of weeks.

Overall seems like a good dish washer. The loading of items can be improved. It is not clear what is the best way to load items into the dishwasher. Also not enough space to put in items such as chef's knife or other larger utensils (the enclosed tray does not seem big enough if have multiple items).

The unit is easy to use and does an excellent job while the noise level is low. Controls are easy to use.

Our first Samsung dishwasher failed, we decided to upgrade to this model. We have been using for about 6 months now. Absolutely love this dishwasher...sooooo quite! Dishes come out clean and spotless.

This is way more dishwasher than I needed. I like the fact that it is so quiet when running, and the adjustable racks. The regular cycle runs about 2 1/2 hours so I usually use the 60 minute cycle. Does not dry plastic items.

I bought this because it has a 42 decibel rating. My last dishwasher was so dang loud. This one is so quiet that I sometimes forget it’s on, even when I’m in the kitchen. Does a great job cleaning my nasty dishes. I like that it has zones you can control to focus on the extra nasty stuff. I would recommend and buy again. Oh, and the blue light on the front looks cool. Like K.I.T.T. from Knight Rider, but blue.

Runs very smooth and quietly. Love the fact that the buttons are located on top of the dishwasher instead of the front of it. Love the drying aspect as well, how the door opens automatically to let steam out.

I love this dishwasher. So worth it. You can't hear it running which is awesome ! You can adjust the top rack height... Killer. This cool blue light glows when running and it plays a wonderful sound when finished. Love how well it dries the dishes for not being a heat dry... My dishes are way drier than with any dishwasher Ive ever had and again it's not heat dry so score. Best purchase ever.

this is a great dish washer. its quiet, get dishes clean and i like that it opos open after cycle ends to allow dishes to try. great feature. my only complaint is that the surafce smudges easily and is hard to clean

Best dishwasher I've ever had. Worried if it's quiet? Don't be...if it weren't for the light that comes on while it's running you wouldn't even know. It pops open when finished to help continue drying those Tupperware items. It does have a music tone it will play when it is complete....this is actually annoying because it goes off for about 25 seconds, but you can mute it if you like washing dishes during the night.

I had a Whirlpool top of the line and I loved it. I was prepared to not like this one as much, but I wanted the black stainless, so this is what I picked. So far, I really like it. If you use the spot aid and the sanitize setting, the dishes come out dry and clear. I'm still working on getting use to loading it.

My dishwasher was under warranty when I first called on April 24, 2018. It is now mid-July and after more than 25 hours on the phone, dozens of emails, six technician visits and countless lies by Samsung, I still do not have a functional dishwasher. Plus, one of the technicians uninstalled the dishwasher and didn't put it back so it is not even attached to the counter any more. And by the way, it's nearly a 4-hour wash cycle. Example of lies I have been told by this disgusting company after they replaced the mother board, water wall and motor: 1. Once a technician comes out twice, we deem it defective and give you a refund. It's been six times so far. 2. Technician needs to come out three times before we can deem it defective. See above. 3. It doesn't work because you aren't running the sanitize feature Okay, still doesn't work. 4. It doesn't work because you are using regular Cascade pods, not Platinum pods. Okay, still doesn't work. 5. It doesn't work because you are using pods, not liquid detergent. Not according to Cascade, but okay, still doesn't work. 6. It works. I don't remember having you over for dinner and you offering to clean up, Samsung, so how would you know that? It leaks, doesn't even get some dishes wet and doesn't dissolve the detergent, liquid or pod. Garbage product from garbage company. DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS!

This dishwasher is pretty great. With our old dishwasher we had to do a lot of pre-washing before loading. Now, we do almost no pre-washing and with rare exception things just get clean. Also, this thing is crazy quiet, much quieter than our old dishwasher. It does do one odd thing, which is that it pops open when it is done. I guess this is a nice feature, it is just not what I expected.
