Happy with purchase. Everything comes out shiny clean. Turn on end of day, everything completely dry and shiny next morning

I was a little nervous about this purchase at the beginning, the shelves felt loose to me and I was worried if it was well made. Once installed my worries are gone. The shelves do have some play in them but it makes it easier to fit bigger items in and they seem to be holding up just fine. The best feature about this item for me is how silent it is. I used to have to turn up the tv or music in a different room to drown out the noise of my previous washer... this one I keep putting my ear against it to be sure its really running! All that being said, it cleans like a dream and has a handy quick wash cycle for the small, not really so dirty loads that only takes 1 hour. I rewashed all of my glasses when I got this and everything came out sparkling. I also like the hight temp mode & sanitize mode for the tough cleaning jobs. Very happy with this purchase and Best Buy install was timely and professional.

The first couple of times we used it I had to open it to see if it was working, it is so quiet. Cleans really good too! Door opens when finished to alert you.

I was surprised by how much I love this! We decided to replace all of our appliances after buying a house and I thought I was most blown away by our range but this...the geek squad agent had it run to make sure there were no leaks, I didn’t even realize it! It’s so quiet! And our dishes have come out very clean!! I can’t speak for how long it’ll last but we did get the added protection!

My old dishwasher died and I wanted a Samsung one if possible. I found an open box excellent at a huge discount. It was very easy to install. The unit is very quiet and wash great.

This dishwasher does not have a drying heating element, so you can put plastic in the bottom! It's awesome. Cleans great and opens by itself to dry!!!!!

This dishwasher is so quiet, I can't even hear it running. I know when it's done because the door comes open when it's done. Looks great. So Far it's all good!

I'm been eying this for a few months and waited for a sale before picking it up. Previous reviews are accurate as far as it being so quiet. With my old dishwasher, I had to bump up the volume on my sound system by about 10 notches to hear, but with this dishwasher, I can't even tell it's running! The reason why it doesn't get a complete five stars is because (also mentioned in previous reviews) this thing doesn't always leave dishes 100% dry. I'd say the overall dryness level is about 95% - there's always a couple of dishes, pots, or containers that are still a little wet. No remorse on buying this, though. I love it!

After all the reviews (good and bad) I took and chance... And I am glad I did!! This one works great! No leaks like a lot of reviewers said (and after I remodeled my kitchen I had to run this alot)! The only thing I don't like is the standard time for it to run is about 2 1/2 hours! But my dishes are always clean!

The dishwasher is very quiet. I like the fact that the door opens on its own about 4 inches to allow the steam to be released when it's finished. I would have liked deeper racks so my dishes would fit better. The adjustable top rack comes in handy for taller items on the bottom rack. However, it does take away from the width of the top rack.
