    This is regarding my order no. BBY01-806920701461 purchased on February 23, 2024. The order consist of the below item: Samsung - M50C 27" Smart Tizen FHD Monitor with Streaming TV, HDR10, Built-in Speakers (HDMI, USB) - Black Model:LS27CM502ENXGO SKU:6544152 I requested for a return via Best Buy’s website and was informed that the item is returnable until March 15, 2024. Upon visiting the Best Buy store, I was told by one of customer representatives that the system will not accept my item because it exceeds the 15 days return policy. I was baffled and upset because the website says that my order is within the 15 days return policy. Yet, the store is unable to accept my item. Best Buy’s website is misleading consumers like myself informing them of a return date that is not acceptable in store or via mail. I was given back my item which was a huge inconvenience because not only did I had to over $50 Uber round trip to the Best Buy store but my item was rejected. Also, I was charged $13.90 for UPS to pickup my Best Buy item at my place of residency which could have been avoided. On top of that, Best Buy customer service informed me that the warehouse will more than likely return my item back to me. As a Best Buy Total Rewards customer, I am appalled and disappointed with the type of services rendered to me. I followed all of Best Buy policies and procedures. This has caused a negative impact on my mental health and financial stress. With that being said, I would like Best Buy to shed some light on this matter.
