From the choices presented on-line, the manufacturer’s description of the product, the ease of checking out and delivery of my purchase to my car at BB was quite easy and really a 5 star experience. Installation of the monitojgnby me of the monitor was a snap too when I got home.

Great Monitor for Home Business and Gaming

I cannot view TV in one window and computer files or internet in a different one. Also the sound for TV only plays on the lousy TV speakers and will not play through my much better computer speakers. It's also a challenge to switch between computer mode and TV mode.

Worst then Gen 1 and slower than FirestickTv

Original OS was fast and uncluttered. Samsung still doubling down on this monitor with a cheap TN panel screen which is sold for more than a 60 inch smart TV. Returned it because it was unusable and use FirestickTv 4k instead. Overpriced however you look at it.

Not good
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I thought this as my main monitor for WFH with a MacBook. It has been problematic constantly. It won’t recognize my laptop 80% of the time, and the other 20% it is slow to the point of being unusable. I’ve given it more than a fair chance, and it’s not good for me. Two stars is generous. I’ve moved on to other brands and am very happy to leave Samsung behind.
