I received the box with no foam padding between box and electronic. While the TV works, the plastic edging is cracked and missing in areas. Would like a major discount if nothing else.

Open box had dirty screen

Perfect for Working from Home

The large size allows me to have 4 windows open at once on my computer, and the 4K panel allows everything to be clear. It lost a star due to the Tyzen OS being a little buggy and sometimes lagging when I bring up the menu to change inputs.

The clarity is spectacular. The only con I could find was it does not have a display port .However it does include 2 HDMI ports and a USB-C port which is spectacular .

I boxed it up to return as soon as I got it connected. None of the settings to adjust the colors worked. Extremely disappointed with the quality of the picture given the high price tag. DO NOT BUY. LOOK FOR A DIFFERENT MONITOR. DO NOT BUY THIS MONITOR YOU WILL REGRET IT.
