    Horrible product.second time purchasing the speaker. First purchase - speaker would not charge while plugged in. Second time purchased - Speaker didn’t hold a charge long. Lasted about 45 minutes before the volume drops due to not having a charge powerful enough for full volume strength. Once plugged in it will raise the volume to full strength. So that throws the whole “WIRELESS SPEAKER” out the window. Save your money and spend it on a different brand.

      Please make sure that you have the latest firmware update. You can update your firmware by connecting a USB device with the firmware update stored on it to the USB1 or USB2 port on your Sound Tower. You can find the firmware file by going to Samsung Electronics website (www.samsung.com) → click on the “Support” option in the upper left corner.

    It was great while it worked, died after using it once. Now it’s sitting with Samsung to make it right. Not sure why it wouldn’t charge, but a complete bummer.

    Best purchase I’ve made at Best Buy’s this by far is one item that I will keep and don’t have to worry about breaking down

    Don’t waste your money!!

    Not even a month old and it already stopped working! And I couldn’t even return or exchange it! Sent it off to the manufacturer to get it fixed because it cost too much!!

    This speaker sounds remarkable. Its close in sound the the JBL partybox 310 when plugged in, unplugged its not as robust but still sound incredible.
