I bought this as an open box laptop expecting to purchase a Yoga when I walked in. Boy was I happy the yoga wasn't available. I needed something for school work and wanted something that could also be used as a tablet. I walked out of the store having paid $520 all inclusive and couldn't imagine a better machine for that price point in this market. I've only had it less than a week, so that opinion may change and if it does, I'll update this but I have nothing but glowing reviews for this right now.

Great laptop a bit heavy, but you can feel and see that's it's worth the money. Only issues that it only has one USB, but had to buy a USB hub to add more. There's enough room for a ten key but it doesn't have one. Also would if be nice to have a backlit keyboard to see in the dark. Besides that it's nice and thin and easy to carry it around while traveling. Would recommend this as a good Chromebook to have for most, such as college, students, for the home, and business.

I purchased it in Feb 2019 and using it everyday. Speed is very good, not very fast. Fan gets louder and body get hot ;-) Still runs great. Battery is still efficient. Best thing is its touch screen size and the pen that I love about. Its pen is not like a charm of surface pen and itself is not like a surface pro 7 but still works very well and its pen is placed nicely in the laptop.

The computer is decent. It's very small but efficient. Good on battery life with different settings to choose from for it as well. It can also fold into a tablet. The fan on the computer is noticeable when it does come on. The pen you can use on the screen did not come included so you'll have to purchase it separately. Only two usb ports and no Ethernet plug port so that's a drawback. Good premium computer for beginners with basic computing needs.

I ended up taking back a HP Envy x360 w/Ryzen 7 for this. It's not as sexy as the HP but it is plenty fast, GPU works well enough for light gaming, has a great screen, keyboard and touchpad, and it blows its ample heat out the back where it should. My complaints are that battery life seems to drain really fast when streaming videos in Chrome and the Samsung settings/update software doesn't work that well. Overall a very good laptop in my opinion.

Really love this laptop. It is light weight and easy to slip into a folder or backpack. The keyboard is responsive and battery life pretty good. Only down side is the placement of the power button. It is on the right edge in the middle of the laptop, so if I reposition I inadvertently turn the power off while in the middle of a project (but it comes right back if I hit the power button again)

Very pleased with this laptop. It is fast, light, and has a great screen.

I am very satisfied with the performance and spec of this computer. Many of the ultra portable computers on market only have limited ports. This computer is highly portable, good keyboard and with USB, microSD, HDMI, and USB-C. It can retrofit many of older devices without additional adaptors. In my usage, I does not experience any overheating problem with the I7-8550 processor which was a concern with prior reviewer. I would highly recommend Samsung Notebook pro 9 13.3 computer.

This Samsung - Notebook 9 Pro 13.3" Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i7 - 8GB Memory - 256GB Solid State Drive - Titan Silver is just plain awesome. The design is well thought out the track pad works smoothly and the backlight keyboard is nice and bright when you need it to Be. Really like the keyboard and touch screen display. The display is beautiful cris clear and sharp. Bought to edit photos and media files, and it works flawlessly for me. The laptop itself feels sturdy and well made it doesn’t feel like you would break it easily it’s also compact making it easy to travel with. Great Machine All Around. If you purchase one I don’t think you would regret it. I’d also like to say that Samsung Makes it easy to update bios and other extensions on the laptop simply by clicking on a pre-installed app that takes you to Samsung and walks you through the update process which when you do an update Samsung installs all your updates to keep your laptop running smooth.

Went into the store for a tablet. Decided I wanted more power so I looked at the surface pro and I really liked them but was disappointed that the keyboard was an additional expense. Then I remembered about the convertible laptops. When I saw the Samsung and the pen like on the notes I fell in love. Good product and better price than a surface pro.

This laptop is a great laptop. I love it because it is light and portable. There are the perfect amount of ports and the right types too. I love its notebook capabilities. I love doodling on it. It is also great for schoolwork as well. The only downside is that it would've been better if the bezels were smaller but other than that, great laptop.

Great Notebook - fast, decent amount of storage and reliable. First time with a Samsung notebook and have been pleased so far compared to my previous experience with other brands. Love how the apps from Samsung available on the Microsoft store integrate nicely with my Galaxy phone so I can view content from my phone on my PC. Cool feature.

You get all the power and specs out of this computer that you would out of a computer costing $300 to $500 more... In fact we bought the Microsoft surface laptop, and took it back and bought this, this is every bit as good a computer with much better battery life, for hundreds of dollars less...Very happy with our purchase...

The laptop is super lightweight and fast. It has not failed me once in the last 3 months to do anything that I needed it to do. The lightweight and thin design helps me keep it in my book-bag without hassle. The computer is super fast whenever I game or watch videos. On top of that I think it has one of the most gorgeous screens out right now.

Great touchscreen laptop, very fast and goodlooking.

The battery life is 6 to 7 hours. The stylus is the same as the one used by the galaxy note phones. The stylus has over 4096 levels of pressure sensitivity just like the $100 surface pen except this pen is included. The screen is vivid but it is 1080p unlike the info which states quad hd.
