My heavy laptop finally died after 9 years. I am a lover of samsung products so it was an easy choice to pick their notebook as my next laptop. So light, lots of options that I haven't even explored yet. touch screen, mouse, or stylus options. Love the lit keyboard. Quick turn on and shut down.

I can't really give this 5 stars. I didn't think the resolution was the best. Battery life wasn't very good. Samsung S pin was alright.

Great 2-in-1. I've been using it every day, mostly for writing a research paper. The built-in pen is so convenient, and lines become thick or thin depending on how hard you press the pen. Makes it easy to make graphics for the research paper. This notebook is also solid state, so it runs extremely fast and quiet. So far, this is all I had hoped for in a 2-in-1 notebook.

So far so good. No complaints. Fast, light, no software or application issues. Display is crystal clear and the battery life has been good. I did add a 256k micro sd card for additional storage space.

I returned my previous laptop that I bought for my parents and instead bought this one and it's been awesome. Very fast, works flawlessly.

I have a couple of laptops but never really liked them. When it was time to upgrade I decided on samsung since the quality of all the other samsung products I own have surpassed my expectations. This one is no exception. Very fast, battery life is decent and it is very small and light. Top it off with usb-c capability and it is perfect. This laptop replaced my archaic desktop but still wanted a large monitor. No problem. I hooked up a miniature docking station with HDMI port and BOOM...big screen no problem. I am very happy with this purchase.

I've looked at many laptops and this one is my favorite no problems with it great for college.

This was a return for minimal scratch damage (could hardly see it), so a great deal. Laptop works just as expected. One happy student!

This machine is excellent and amazingly powerful, but the only thing is that it has a lot of things that I would never use or maybe unnecessary for my labor and hobby. (That is why I have my Desktop Computer to do those things).

Lightning fast boot, good battery life, incredible screen resolution and picture. Really good sound, much better then expected.

I bought this for my son who is a 1st year engineering student. He loves the lightweight portability of it, the speed, and the flexibility. It's great for writing notes in class.

I am very nit picky about windows PCs. This is by far my favorite Windows laptop. Its built sturdy. It is fast and the screen colors are great! Samsung has a serious hit in this laptop. Best of all no fan noise!

So far one of the best laptop I have got from bestbuy. Excellent savings from open box. Looking forward to enjoy it

I am loving my purchase of this laptop. Great performance and the screen is amazing. What has surprised me the most is the keyboard. It is a pleasure to type on. I upgraded to this model from my macbook and I couldn't be happier.

I love this new Samsung laptop. Love how I can use it as a tablet also. It runs quick because of the SDD and battery lasts a while. This is also not that heavy to haul around.

Let me start this off by saying that I think I received two laptops with hardware issues. Anyways, after much research I decided to go with this laptop. I loved the light weight of the computer, the bright screen was lovely and I did not have any problem with the keyboard. I didn't get to explore the stylus function in depth but I found the slot to hold it convenient. The lid requires two hands to open. The speakers aren't anything to brag about. The problem came with the trackpad. I would find that the input from the trackpad would be seriously lagging. My first purchase showed the problem as soon as I booted it up. I thought it was just because of the setup and installation of updates but the problem persisted when everything was finished. It would get even slower while the computer was under load or on the charger. The "load" in this case was a webpage opening or me opening up Word. I tried every solution known to man (or at least those found on Google) including adjusting the sensitivity, uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, fresh Windows install, contacting Samsung, etc. but I ultimately exchanged for another at BB. This second one initially was fine then the problem showed up again although not as bad. I gave up on this model when this computer would suddenly start closing my webpages when I wasn't even touching the trackpad. I do not think a $1000+ laptop should come with so many problems right out of the box. I am still giving two stars because I appreciated the slim and light profile of the computer and being able to charge with a portable battery pack was a nice touch. Also, when it did work it was a pleasure. I would recommend if you are able to find laptop that works!

Absolutely love this lap top. Easy set up, fast downloading, perfect to take with me to and from the office. Love the folding to a tablet and ease of use.

4k resolution is the only improvement I could see possibly happening

The laptop looks very nice. It has nice features like the pen.
