I bought this laptop for school and it has been outstanding. It has excellent battery life. I get about 4 to 6 hours in SAMSUNG battery mode and 8 hours on a full charge. (basic browsing and file creation). Overall I would say this is a great laptop/pc. It meets my needs just fine.

This 2in1 laptop truly has an all day battery. You can even charge it with a Samsung Note 9 cell phone charger!

it is a little heavier than I expected, but working okay and small

This is by far the best laptop that I've owned! I don't ever want to go back to a laptop that is not touchscreen! The size, weight, and overall components and design work for school, work, and movies.

My wife wanted a simple and lightweight laptop for her to travel with. This Notebook definitely fits the bill. It's a pretty powerful notebook for the price. I would highly recommend!

I was not pleased with my current laptop because it was very slow to boot up and slow through processing. Not my new one.. Because of my Ram @ 16 gig and other newer technology, it is lightning fast! Also very light. New USB C technology as well!

I loved this laptop. Very sleek design, lightweight, great functionality, and fast boot speed. Unfortunately, a coffee spill forced me to retire it.

I love this Laptop and I would've given it 5 stars but the pen sucks. As soon as I bought it, I had problems with the pen. It won't work! I called and they sent me a new one... and I have the same problem with the new one also. I've put new batteries in it and nothing. It's very aggravating as one of the reasons I bought this one was for the pen. I have very sensitive skin and I use the pen all the time.... but I cant! So I had to buy pens that have a rubber tip on it and use that. Samsung needs to better that pen.

So for the Samsung Notebook like the touch screen. I have nothing more to say but have to keep putting stuff in so it will be excepted.

Exactly what I wanted. I didn't realize it had no USB ports, and I had to buy USB-C hub. But everything else is great.

I love how nice this laptop looks. It works very well, and it’s very lightweight! It’s perfect for school and easy to carry.

This smaller tow-in-one is a superb computer. The keyboard has nice action and its performance is better than expected.

I was already looking at this as a possible replacement for my 4-year-old laptop. When it went on sale for $300 off it was a no-brainer. I'm very happy for the 16 GB of RAM, but I do wish it would have had a 1 TB SSD instead of the 512 GB SSD. Still, for the price, that's okay. I've only had this laptop for about a month, but I'm very happy with it so far.

only complain is there is no storage for pen. it outperforms my expectations

The ability to share apps from phone was good, but I would not buy this computer again and I definitely would not buy anything through Best Buy. The computer crashed 40 days in. I bought the warranty with Geek squad which doesnt really do anything but ship it to mfr. It freezes alot too. I went to open it and the screen was black with the words hit f4 to restart which did nothing. My dads funeral slideshow and information all gone! So far it's been 2 to 3 weeks I've been without my computer and the only update I can get says it's in transit. Samsung can't give me information because it came through best buy so all in all it's been a horrible experience

Samsung to my surprise makes an excellent laptop. This laptop has excellent finish.Fingerprints not as much of problem as black laptops. Display is sharp and clear. Performance has exceeded my expectations. I use Microsoft Office products daily on this unit. Highly recommend.

Ordered online, looks cool. Had for only 4 days & screen cracked. I take gentle care with my belongings so to have this break so easily was upsetting. It’s lightweight but fragile as an egg. I returned it. Didn’t get to use it long enough to rate performance.

I've been using this laptop for almost 2 years and overall it is a good computer. Pros: Sleek look Good speed Nice keyboard Large memory 3 USB C ports Cons: Webcam is extremely low quality! It has issues with casting wirelessly to TVs. It doesn't work most of the time, I have to restart the computer and the TV to make it work which is ridiculous. Tried it with Samsung and Sony TVs. Lid does not close seamlessly, it is crooked a bit. For the price I expected none of these issues. I should've bit the bullet and went with a Macbook Pro. However if money is tight, this is a good alternative to a Macbook.
