Laptop was easy to install and set up. I was able to seamlessly connect it to WiFi and to wireless printer. The touchscreen is very handy and user friendly. would recommend it to others.

We were looking for a PC laptop and ran into this open box item that looked good. Little did I know that it was going to be one of the best electriconic items we have ever bought...it had everything we want and more and it's like a tablet too!

This computer is thin and elegant. It weighs only about 3 lbs and everything is solid state: no moving parts. It's a delight to use, although I could wish for higher resolution on the screen.

Quick startup, speedy searches, lightweight, good sound out of speakers, overall great purchase! Came with Windows 10, which is great...can add software and tools to fit your needs.

I have only had it for 3 days now. I really like it. I bought it to use with my ciicut explore air 2.I haven't got that far yet. But I'm sure it will work fine.

I learn new things daily I can do, how I can make my screen time quick and effective. I'm not a sit and stare at a device person so the fact I can get everything done and know all my stuff is in 1 place is awesome.

Another quality piece of electronics from Samsung. Great display, design, and hardware. Plus it's lightweight, and I get around 4-6 hours battery of steady use at school without using any battery saver/eco mode.

We bought this for a HS graduation gift for our daughter. So far she loves it. We were told it should last her through college and maybe more. We wanted something that would last and was from a reputable company.

This laptop/ tablet has been wonderful. It has a very fast response to any command I give it, and handles multiple tasks at once like a boss.

No complaints. I was looking for something easy to set up, easy to use, and lightweight. This does the basic functions I need and I appreciate all the reviews that helped me find the right computer.

The main issues are 1. The batter life is terrible 2. wifi connection drops 3. the keyboard layout 4. the ssd has issues otherwise the laptop is soild
