I have been looking at this laptop for awhile now and actually bought the Surface Pro 3 last year, which I have been using. I liked that but am really a fan of Samsung products so I bought this one. I love the keyboard, it's lightweight yet powerful for what I needed it for. If you likeep Samsung like I do.. you won't be disappointed with this. Haventhe really used the ful spin motion too much but it is great to have the option.

Replacement for work laptop (old Dell D620). Samsung Book Spin works flawlessly. Initial problem with freeze up of Windows 10 start button (corrected by following Windows 10 web forum instructions). SSD drive boots up fast, battery life is very good, keyboard has good feel, screen resolution and color are very good. My daughter bought HP Spectre X-360 and my wife bought Lenovo Yoga 900. I prefer the Samsung Spin hands down over both the HP & Lenovo.

Great value for the price. If you need a laptop for work or school this one had great features for the price.

I did my research on this laptop prior to purchasing by reading reviews and watching online reviews as well and it definitely has great style and functionality. I don't use it in its tablet mode very often, but great to have that feature available. Only drawback is the battery life does seem low, still need to find out some power saving tips to make it last efficiently. Otherwise, a great product and well worth it!

I like my laptop thus far. It is very fast. My previous laptop was a Sony Vaio, which i considered getting again. However, they don't make laptops anymore. After doing some research, this laptop, had some of the best ratings.

This computer is light, converts to a BIG tablet and has great processing speed. The screen quality and backlit keyboard are great! Setup was a snap. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

I have only own this laptop for 3 weeks. Prior to that I had a toshiba laptop that was about 10 yo, so doing anything on that was painful and frustrating. Before making the purchase, I researched hp, dell, Lenova but had mixed feelings based on reviews. Samsung was not on my radar as a contender, but glad I gave it a try. With my new Samsung laptop, it is so fast I almost don't know what to do with my time. It's that good! Only gripe, which has nothing to do with Samsung but Microsoft is that I prefer the old user interface and hate that Microsoft forced users to use "internet edge". So much so, Microsoft actually hid internet explorer from users. If you look hard enough, you can make internet explorer your default web browser. For the time being, this computer serves it's purpose. Oh and one more thing, I wish it came with 16 gig ram & and bigger hard drive.

This Samsung Notebook Spin laptop is wonderful. I love that it can be a tablet and laptop. I love the size, screen resolution, the lit keyboard. I just love it!

This is a nice running small lightweight machine for entry level business that gets the job done... Good Speed, sufficient RAM, and OS w/ all the tools needed... I really enjoy the size, feel, and weight of this high powered tiny unit... My beef with this unit is in the details -- 1st the power button on the right side next to USB port - always shutting it off when ever have to grab the right side to plug things into it - awful... Plus, NO ethernet port - so wirelees is the only way it connects & some programs I run could use the added bandwidth you get when direct wired... Also - battery - it is build in and not easily replaceable & it only holds a charge for less than 2hrs even on saver mode & 50% lighting - sucks - plus it gets way too hot sitting in my lap when using it plugged in - unless in tablet mode... The fans are very quite though - not even sure if it has one they are so quite... All in all this is a good machine that gets the job done in an efficient/fast manner for the price of less than $1000 - but lacking the true details needed as a Portable Sit in lap style laptop...

This laptop has been a joy to own so far. Out of the box working with Windows 10, no wifi issues, no graphics driver issues. Not much I can complain about.

Light and quick laptop with a screen that you can actually read outside.

my initial purchase was an open box which had a heating issue; however the store was nice enough to offer an exchange even after the initial 15days was over. With the brand new one I have no issues - all specs work as expected, battery life is fantastic and price is competitive. I was debating between this, Lenovo, and HP but I guess it all comes down to what brand you prefer.

This product was purchased for our organization's president's use. She seems to be very happy.

I've been an Apple user but was always frustrated at the issues with using Microsoft programs in an iOS environment. I decided to try the Samsung but the apps on the system are easy to navigate. For example the mail program is difficult to move mail into folders. Also, when using the Internet the loading is much slower than I'm used to.

We've owned this laptop for several months and it is working great. No problems, except for learning where things are located in Windows 10 - not a Samsung problem. I would highly recommend this laptop for anyone from casual user to heavy duty professional.

This laptop is great and does everything I need for being a college student!

After purchasing a Lenovo that ended up being a dud after two days, I researched other options and came upon this little gem. It's fast. It's portable (I find those 15" computers to be way too big to move around). And it has some great features (I can project the screen onto my TV, etc.). Seriously, I love this computer!

I really liked this notebook but decided to return it to get something a bit more powerful. This is a very nice computer though. Good build quality and quick boot ups. From pressing the power button, logging in and getting to my desktop in under 15 secs! Coming from a much older laptop this was great. My main problem was with Windows.

Highly recommended machine, comes preloaded with Windows 10, no problems at all with display or network adapter drivers.

This laptop is exactly what it claims to be. Lightweight, sleek, and high performance. The display is crisp, the processor handles multiple applications simultaneously with ease, and the battery life is better than average for comparable products. I have been using this product multiple times a day for over 30 days and have not had any errors or performance issues. Pros: Insanely fast start up. Beautiful display. Clear sound. Keyboard feedback and spacing is spectacular. Touchscreen is responsive and easy to use. Ultra thin and lightweight. Exterior is easy to clean. Battery life is as quoted. Cons: The exterior is especially slick and smudges easily. Metal edge on the base has squared edges and is slightly uncomfortable to hold when opening. Battery life goes from 10% to 0% almost instantly (note, this only happens when it gets below 10%).
