Today is 4/21/2023 and a black horizontal line has appeared on my monitor screen. Not a big deal but it’s annoying. Figured Samsung would have a warranty but the manufacture warranty ended 3 weeks ago which really blows. I had heard good things about this monitor but being my first and last Samsung product, I’ll ever buy, just want to warn others that this may happen to you, too. If you do buy this, buy the geek squad protection. I wish I had.

If our Customer Support agent determines that service is required, they will review the flat-rate service fee for your monitor. It would not cover the cost of shipping your monitor to us, but does cover the cost of shipping the monitor back to you. You are responsible for shipping fees to Samsung Customer Service; we recommend using a trackable shipping service like UPS.

Vibrant 2k Display for gaming and other use. High Brightness with good contrast. Smooth 165htz refresh rate paired with Nvidia/AMD free sync. The height is adjustable, including everything else. Good for xbox series X, Ps5 and PC Desktops. On sale or not, either way it’s a great buy.

Got 2 for younger girls to game with their brother who is serving 4 yrs in Germany for the Army. They absolutely love it & it definitely helps them stay in contact so easily. It allows them to game with each other without lagging. No complaints of any kind and no upgrades needed.

Nice functionality, loads of good features, has an excellent picture. You’ll start to notice it will start to desync. You’ll get a blank screen for a few seconds and it will reset. Vertical lines will start to appear little by little. Before you know it, totally dead, shortly after warranties expire. I have 3. One for gaming, one for work, and one for my wife’s rig. All get approximately the same amount of use. One’s completely dead, which was used the most (see the attached photo) the other two are showing the same signs of similar failure being imminent.

The video games I have been playing almost make it feel as though I am watching a movie. I am glued to the computer because of this thing.

Try getting this monitor whenever there is a sale happening because sometimes the price drops significantly

Great gaming for 1440p@120hz on Xbox and BF2042, as well as the new MW2, looks super detailed and has great response time and color. Monitor gets bright enough with decent HDR and works like a dream for the price I paid. Got it on sale at $259 and I'm very happy with the performance it gives for my gaming needs. It can also do 4K@60hz but, I prefer gaming on the 120hz mode.
