Sometimes the screen would stay black and not find my HDMI connection so I had to unplug it from the back and reinserted. 4 days ago I was playing COD warzone and the screen went black, and the monitor stopped working. Luckily I bought the insurence returned it and was replaced for a new one.

Perfect for Console & PC

This smart monitor went ABOVE and beyond my expectations and is a welcome addition to my desk! LEDs on the back and lower part of the screen are a little plus to a great selection of features.

First monitor, dead pixel, second monitor, started up my computer and got a bunch of bugging feed and figured it was my computer itself. Fast forward 5 minutes and i get a white bar on the screen that proceeded to flash then disappear, then show up permanently whether on displayport or the smart hub. After turning on ans off repeatedly, the white bar has become half grey/white while adding some greens and other colors in there. It’s super disappointing because of how much I looked into my decision and how great this monitor really looks, but I don’t think I can go back for a third time. One star added for the actual monitors look and functions

I have mainly used it on my Xbox series x, now using it more on my pc. I will be purchasing another monitor from Samsung.

(There are forums of this issue with no fix) Expanded review - I was looking for a monitor with high specs which this has. Disappointingly it tries too hard to be a smart TV. You’re flooded with apps and it didn’t right off the bat connect to the PC when turned on, I had to look through all the apps to find PC. My 100$ monitor can do that simply - The screen disconnects from my PC and states there is no signal. I’ve attempted multiple HDMI and DisplayPort cables with no luck. I looked up for a fix but there isn’t one, it’s too late to return this item - The screen also turns black randomly, definitely unpleasant when gaming where every second counts

This was my first 4K monitor, and I owned it all of 1 week. First of all the display ports didn’t work. Then while playing a game, it would enter and exit game mode every 3-5 minutes causing the entire display to to black. Which as we know, is terrible when you’re gaming. Sometimes it would completely blank out and say that the source wasn’t supported, and I’d have to switch the hdmi ports. Just overall not a great monitor. Ended up taking it back and getting an LG UltraGear.

Display port is fine. Great monitor, just wish it would work how it was supposed too. Little pricey, but I also felt like i would be satisfied if every piece worked

Great monitor for gaming

Had an issue with the first one I got (headphone port) wasn’t working. No worries though cause bestbuy was more than happy to assist with an exchange.

I have to unplug and replug it in anytime I turn on my pc and after it’s done freaking out I can finally use the monitor. It’s good when it’s working but is a pain to use
