Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First, ive recieved no promotional consideration so my review is my experience with the 32' G7. pro's; The monitor has nice picture and ita also a smart tv, Con's: GUI is glitchy, if you use more than 1 input,( i think it has 4) it can and will switch input devices by itself if it thinks you touched one of the devices, very frustrating when it happens while gaming on console then it switches to pc, as far as I can tell you cannot do anything about that.

After owning the monitor for 2 weeks with only 3 days of use due to work, I noticed a dead pixel. Instead of returning it to Best Buy I decided to go with a mail in repair with Samsung themselves. Samsung mail in service is horrible. I don’t recommend at all. I have been without my monitor for 3 weeks now and I was told by the 12th advisor that it’s another 10 business days to get tracking and then shipping. At this point I will be without my monitor for 2 months. It is a decent product but if you find an issue I recommend returning it to Best Buy within the return period instead of going through Samsung.

I have been waiting to see if the prices change for Black Friday and I say none have and a few are higher yet claiming its a sale. These priginal prices shown are not the original prices and the "sale" price is the original price. Do better
