HORRIBLE SCREEN FLICKERING
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If you actually do some seearching for reviews you'll see the common complaint that samsung refuses to admit exists which is screen flicker. As soon as you turn on G SYNC the monitor suffers from HORRIBLE screen flickering in games. If you turn G SYNC off if goes away but G SYNC is going to be 98% of the reason people buy this monitor and if you can't use it then the monitor is worthless. This issue persists from its release until the writing of this review. I thought surely its been fixed by this point so i rolled the dice and low and behold it is still there. I tried it in DOOM, World of Warcraft, Phasmophobia and no mans sky. Flickering in every single title. I tried all the fixes that people have recommended trying over the course of this monitors life span and nothing fixes it except turning g sync off. Im returning this to the store as soon as i hit submit on this review. If you're a gamer DO NOT BUY THIS MONITOR. Don't believe me? go watch some youtube videos about the screen flicker and just type in G7 screen flicker on google and go ham reading reviews.

Pixels, Flicker

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The monitor has issues I had to return the first one because of dead pixels and then got a second one with the same issue. also, Gsync and free sync on this model does make the screen flicker I would not recommend this model of Samsung monitor because other people are also reporting the same issue. I barely ever have issues when purchasing monitors.

Poor QC, medicre quality.

It sometimes flashes a black vertical bar on the left side of the monitor. Returned once before because when turning on HDR, everything turns pink/has a pink hue, especially anything that is grey in color. The darker the original grey, the more pink it is in HDR. Really not recommended getting this monitor.

Horrible flickering

I tried every configuration, tried turning off HDR, Adaptive Sync etc and the problem would persist. It was even worse with my Mac and would cause headaches. I even verified and updated to the latest firmware which was SUPPOSED to fix this issue but that was not the case. I ended up sending it back because it was defective

Don’t Buy This

If you try to make the cables neat by putting the panel back, the panel detaches hahaha. What a troll for 800 dollars. Samsung just GTFO. Stick with your TVs.

Constant flickering drove me crazy

I spent hours trying different fixes with no luck. I finally ended up returning it and going with a different brand that I am very happy with.
