Monitor works amazing with no complaints, great picture and easy setup, cannot beat at the sale price

Picture and Resolution are spectacular, I bought this TV during Black Friday sales, i couldn’t pass on this TV for the deal i got, the TV selection was amazing but i got a great one for a price i could afford

I got this at $499 and its an INCREDIBLE deal. Got it for my PS5 so i cant say what it is like for heavy computer gaming. Literally zero issues. No screen bleed. Works at 120hz 4k (most games dont support fully though) native. This is great!

It' been a great adition to my office space and for gaming as I use it with my ps5 when not doing work on it.

Great Response. Great brightness albeit dims considerably in HDR mode. Wish it had PIP so I could leverage the inbuilt standalone functions while using as a monitor. Also, it seems to have the same screen random blanking issues that my older 28 has. In addition, it randomly turns off while actively using.

A monitor with 144hz and hdmi 2.1 is really good for $500. I use it with my xbox works well. Only thing I don't like is the picture settings were kind of annoying to configure for me. Other than that great budget monitor.

Actual monitor is great for the price. Good colors and I don’t see all the ghosting others complain about. On the other hand Best Buy service, product descriptions and responsiveness are terrible. Have had other recent issues with Best Buy which included being outright ghosted by 2 of their store manager on a emailed complaint. If anyone at corporate is reading this your welcome to reach out to me, I have the receipts. Still gave them a chance after my poor experience and bought this open box “excellent” supposedly like new, too bad it was missing half the stand. Guess I shouldn’t be surprised. When those GM’s are unprofessional that trickles all the way down to the rest of the employees, so I shouldn’t be too surprised with that lack of attention to detail and failure to actually check if a product is complete before reselling.

It is fun to watch a large screen TV. I use it by having three documents open at the same time... or two enlarged documents. It has great contrast and detail, which makes it easy to see... even for old guys like me.

Picture is nice but it really take a lot on tuning and you have to change the setting between gaming and watching movies/TV so it became more of hassle to use

Awesome monitor to pair with my PS5. makes gaming that much more enjoyable. Crystal clear, fps are the best you can get with the PS5.

Great picture and sound, took a bit to get settings dialed in with my laptop but eventually got there. The only complaint is that the picture in picture doesn't work with streaming apps, just TV service.

It’s a great monitor once you get it configured to your liking. The only downside I’ve found is when you have a dark background it will dim the lighter parts of the screen to make the dark parts darker and this can lead to text being unreadable if it’s white text on a black background.

When i got this the box wqs a size and of tv but it was beautiful. Set up was ez and took 5 mins once i got eveything out the box

Bought my son this monitor for Christmas. It is amazing Best Buy have it picked it up the same day great customers Support. Great customer service. So glad I purchased it from Best Buy.
