    Does not support 4k at 120mhz for Xbox. I suspect that it is an HDMI 2.0 not a HDMI 2.1 which Samsung or best buy conveniently omitted. Returning back to store.

    Software on this monitor is terrible. Wouldnt recommend for pc gaming Works good for system gaming tho. 500$ for a 43 4k tv isnt to terrible tho

    Has been a great monitor since i purchased it last November...untill today. I started my pc up and the monitor came on and only half the screen was displaying my desktop, the other half was a complete black screen. I began to research online the issue with this monitor and come to find out, its a known issue. I will do my homework better next time and will not purchase a samsung pc monitor. Bad purchase on my behalf.

    Do you enjoy when simple things like changing the input source is a chore? Then this is the monitor for you! The smart monitor features are slow and make this monitor frustrating to use.

    It’s just a tv at this size. The OS is terrible and made it insanely difficult to setup and use. Returned it the next day

    Monitor blinks non stop, sometimes turning off entirely sometimes just a second of blackness. Samsung tried to fix once, same thing right away. Customer service is a pain to say the least. Still waiting for 2nd tech guy to come fix this monitor and finally decided to just return it.... Return period ended yesterday! Buy it at your own risk!

    Okay as a TV, awful as a monitor

    Theres significant input lag. If you put the low latency mode on it drops the brightness to 7/50 and you cant make it any higher. Colors are subpar, this monitor has a highly aggressive contrast algorhythm that cranks it way too hard due to the low number of local dimming zones. The highlights are pushed unrealistically high, the shadows cranked too low, and always muddy.i returned this and bought the alienware qd-oled monitor. Night and day difference. HDR was easy to calibrate on that one, colors are actually presented correctly.

    I would give 0 stars if i could - Google this monitor and read all the reviews. I wish I had! This monitor is a pain to turn on. It will act like it wants to boot up, light up briefly and then doesn't turn on. We tried all the recommendations to get it to work. No luck! there are many reviews all over the internet where people had the same issue and not one person could resolve it and ended up returning it.

    It has been 12 days since this item was supposed to be delivered to me. I have yet to receive any updated tracking number on my shipment, nor an ETA. Yes, I have indeed contacted customer service (SEVERAL TIMES NOW)! Best Buy broke their own delayed shipment policy, and have already charged my credit card for this item which I have yet to receive. DO NOT ORDER THIS ITEM!!!
