bought this for our daughter the pen that comes with it paired with the software are amazing screen is clear & the battery life is amazing

Low sound volume, but great for child learning. Ease of use and very lightweight.

I love this Chromebook. It is light, travels well and the integration with my cellphone which is also a Samsung is awesome. That is where my love ends. The WiFi is TERRIBLE. It always shows a weak signal even when my other devices say they have a strong connection. I bought this specially to remote to my work computer while traveling and it just doesn't work. I don't need a powerful laptop since all the work will be done on my remote computer so I thought this would be perfect. I took it to the office and everyone around me had signal except me. Even at home it reports that I have medium signal when I am just feet away from the WiFi router. If you just want to surf the web you will love it, but if you need a constant connection that requires a strong signal buy something else. Spent 400 something dollars on this to just have to buy another laptop that I can actually use for work when I travel.

Got 2 of these for my 3rd and 4th grade girls to replace Lenovo Thinkpads that turned out to be a bad buy. The Chrome OS has so many fewer issues than Windows. Also the same OS they use as school so they can login into their school accounts. Easy to set up with controlled access, fortunately Google just enabled access to the Play store for controlled accounts on Chromebook right before Christmas, so now able to download Android apps, which make this a good kids play computer/tablet as well as for school. If I was looking for a new cheap computer for myself this would be on my list. Not for power users, but for everyday tasks, surfing etc. it does the job well. Would never buy a cheap Windows laptop again, Chromebooks have come a long way and this one is good value.

I purchased this because my other computer was 5.5 years old and was starting to go. I wanted to make sure that my computer would be able to make it through my last year and so far this computer is great! The battery level is the only thing that I don't love, it is just not as good as I thought but overall I can't complain, this is a great computer. My first Chromebook also!

My husband and I bought this for our middle schooler and she loves it. It was perfect for her because she loves to draw.

I was looking for a laptop that I could use for most of my general computing around the home AND I could use to write with, and also was small enough to easily travel with me. The other options in this category, Galaxy or Surface were twice the price. I've been very happy since I moved to this machine. I will say that having my file archive on Google Drive makes the move from Windows much easier.

Love how you can use it as a laptop and a tablet and it’s perfect size that you can take it anywhere with you without it being heavy

It's perfect for me. Easy to use, lightweight, love the tablet conversion and built in stylus....which is a feature I didn't think I would use. Love the voice to type feature too. Overall it's exactly what I was hoping for

The main things I like about this laptop is that it's touch screen, has a pen which can come in handy, and can fold 360 for if you want to use it as a tablet. There some stuff that I don't like such as having to use my pen to correct my grammar and not being able to delete some images from my files. Overall, I still enjoy using this laptop. I know it will serve me good for school.
