    Well designed, easy to use. Basically its like having a Samsung phone in the form of laptop. However, the battery recently died and finding a replacement battery has not been easy. The few I found online, were from sellers I have never heard of and the cost was steep.

    I bought this for my 10 year old for schoolwork. It won’t handle most gaming (which I appreciate but he doesn’t) but it is reliable, fast, and very sleek. I wasn’t familiar with chrome books when I bought it and I don’t like that it’s all app based, but it does what I need it to so that’s all that matters.

    This was a great laptop for my daughter. She loved the way it would pivot to become e touch screen when she was watching Youtube etc. Well, I didn't know that this particular model had a hinge issue and it broke. Pulling the glass away and causing the laptop not to work. It is a known issue (on line) and many complaints. Under warranty but I was told to go directly to Samsung. It has been hard to get this resolved. I would imagine I will have to eat the $400.00 dollars that I paid. Don't buy it.

    I am constantly amazed at the uses of this Chromebook. I use it everyday with my hotspot. The stylus is great for sign offs and the camera is wonderful for video chats. The battery life is great also. I just wish I had gotten one sooner.

    Really nice Chromebook. I'm careful when closing it cause I've heard of the hinges going bad. A little heavier than I'd like but for the price this was the best value I could buy. Love that it matches all my other samsung galaxy stuff.

    I am really impressed with the quality of this ChromeBook. I typically buy Apple products for myself but this Samsung was for my 9 year old son. He loves it. The screen resolution is fantastic and the overall quality and speed of the computer is excellent. He and I couldn't be happier with it. We purchased it on sale for $150 off at Christmas time. Highly recommended over cheaper ChromeBooks.

    I like the chrome book, only for practical daily personal, school, and some office work. Key board would had been great if they would illuminate at night. Other wise is a good price range and recommended to students, and small office work, and personal use for games, video, etc.
