Good vacuum but not so good support
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We bought this first from Samsung's website and we couldn't get it to connect with our wifi which is a major selling point for controlling where it works. As it is, we turn it on and it does a little in one room and then moves on to another, not finishing either before going on somewhere else in the house. I talked with Samsung support and they keep trying to say it is not their problem. They had me send it to a warranty service company in New Jersey who could find no problem (I don't think they knew how to deal with software) and they sent it back unchanged. When I try to connect to the wifi, I go through the prescribed steps and it says "sit back and relax, this could take awhile" ; so I wait and wait and wait some more until it says "that was not successful, try again". It is the same result whether I give it the correct wifi password or a wrong password. I bought the one from Best Buy to see if it might work better but it was the same. I think it is time Samsung got their act together.

Less than perfect
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Although the suction power is good, the types of flooring is limited. It does not function on carpeting with pile greater than 1 cm. The charging station requires at least 3 ft. of open space in front of it and the power cord is obtrusive. The battery takes 3 to 4 hours to recharge and does not last very long. After cleaning a small bedroom, it had to recharge for another 3 to 4 hours.

Posted .Hello there, I'd love to help here. Please keep in mind, that the Powerboat operates using an infrared sensor, it may stop on a black carpet. Also, If a long pile carpet or floor is slippery, it may take a long time for the robot to get out of the carpet. If you need additional support please feel free to contact us directly at 1-800-Samsung.

Always Needs to Charge Itself
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Vacuum has a lot of Power, but compared to my Neato which did not need to recharge up to 2 to 3 times to clean my 2 bedroom apartment. I use to go pick up my kids from school and the Neato would be done(about an hour.) This machine in the other hand has to charge for another 2 to 3 hours to finish it's task. It does have a lot of Power and the remote is extremely handy. the App is a web App, at least on my iPhone.

Not good for daily use.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The first month or so went great. Build quality is great but the system started having connectivity and cleaning issues. So far all robo vacs just aren’t long term reliable. Don’t love the smart things UI.

Cleans well, but not so smart
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It does clean well, though, doesn't sync well with Alexa and mapping is subpar. If the updates and app improve these couple issues it will be a much improved product.

Robotic vacuum
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works good on all floor surfaces. Has trouble under the dining table with all the chair legs. Overall- it picks up all the dog hair from our golden retrievers but $1000 is too much for just a vacuum.

Does a reasonable good job.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It does a good job of vacuuming around furniture, but is too tall to vacuum under most furniture. It is also very expensive considering it's limited functionality.

Posted .Hi Justin! I'd like you to have a better experience with your vacuum cleaner, let me help you with it. Please turn off the emergency button located at the bottom and after 60 seconds turn it back on. Make sure the room is bright enough for best performance. Powerful Sweeper, Spotty Navigation
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First off, this is not my first robotic sweeper. I currently use Neato. I bought the 9350 for the 40w vac power. Without hesitation, this is the most powerful robot sweeper I've ever used. Far superior to anything I've seen or used. It's probably close to my Dyson Animal in strength. Now the downside... The sweeper is getting stuck everywhere. Even after ample time to let it map. I have several contemporary rugs that have a large black square pattern. The Samsung sensed these black squares as a drop-off. In other words, the cliff sensors thought is was a stair. The sweeper bounced of the black squares and then got stuck. I removed the carpets, and it worked fine. Problem is, I need it to sweep those rugs! I waited for this sweeper for three months after reading a tech article. Painfully, I had to return the unit. It was of no use to me. My Neato's continue to work flawlessly. If I could take that vacuum power and combine it with the Neato navigation, there's a winner for sure. Three stars.

Vacuum works well but smart home is a gimmick
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got the vacuum recently, the vacuum runs well though has a hard time returning home so far as I've used it. My biggest disappointment is the smart home functionality and the app. The smart home app keeps crashing and trying to create a floor plan never works. For a $1000 robot which main function is floor plan it needs to have an easier way to do it as the robot never completes it. Calling Samsung support is no help. Hope they do update their app or get this functionality running as otherwise it's just doing the job of a $500 robot.
