Fast delivery 10 days ago. Very satisfied with the POWERbot's performance & features. They include the choice of two different style brushes, auto/spot/repeat clean, 3 mode suction, edge (at a baseboard) cleaning, the included remote & auto adjustment of suction when transitioning between bare & carpeted flooring. The bot's navigation is well done & includes it lowering it's speed as it approaches objects to avoid contact with them by changing it's course. The bot does a excellent job cleaning our floors.

Sometimes it has problems but just getting stuck on stuff. Overall good product and easy to use.

We named her "Rosey" after the obvious. after a couple times around the house, she learned where stuff was and is very efficient. great job between deep cleans.

As far as I know this did not have the capability of being placed on a schedule. Besides that vacuum worked good. Had trouble after about a year with it going in circles and not cleaning, so get the warranty.

It's great to see lines in my carpet when I come home. This vac does a great job especially with the edging squeegee thingy.

I had the 9000 series and it had its problems but it was discontinued and replaced by this model. This is NOT an improvement. It cannot make the adjustment from bare floor to carpet or rug. It gets caught within my dining room table and chairs. Once under a chair, it keeps spinning because it can’t figure out how to move away. The old model use to see an obstacle and stop and turn. This one runs into it then stops and turns. On a positive note, all the dog hair has not gotten clogged on the roller brush. This is something I had to cut off daily.

I purchased in 2020 and it has stopped working as of this week. Whenever it backs up, even from the charger, it stops and says that it needs to be moved that it doesn't have enough room. I have cleaned it and searched the internet for a fix. I even took the battery out thinking maybe it would reset. I gave it 2 stars because it worked great until it didn't.

So far no issues. Works good on tile, wood and carpet.

When it sucks, it does well. Smart enough to round itself around edges and corners. However, this is supposed to be the pet edition, and with two dogs it's a real problem. About 4-5 times a cleaning cycle, I'll need to undo the brush and clean it. It's pretty aggravating since it's supposed to be something that makes my life easier.

Not being able to create virtual boundaries puts it behind the Roomba. It does so a good job vacuuming but doesn't always make it back to the bar to charge.

This Samsung vacuum was easily connected to my Amazon account . This Samsung vacuum is able to go under all of my furniture and get into places that are hard to reach. I recommend the Samsung power bot.

This robotic vacuum is great at navigation. It roams to the farthest end of the house and still finds its way back to the base for charging. It is quiet and has powerful suction.

This is the best robot vac we have owned. Had several other brands, this is by far the best.
