Can't even pick up cat litter sand bits

We have high pile carpets that the other brands can't handle so we went with Samsung. This is our 4th one we've had and the worst. It can't even pick up errant cat litter (sand-type) that the cats track on a wood floor so that it doesn't get ground in. Best Buy stopped carrying the model we liked best so we went with this as the replacement for the version with the big gold cylinder and much taller but it was so much much much better for the $100 difference. At close to $1k? Yes, I have expectations. This model is trash. The discontinued model actually moved the 1/2" thick stiff pile and picked up litter off wood and tile. Please, bring back that monster. As of the time of this review, they finally did get the app sorta working. At least in the fact that it will finally link to our products. Samsung had us across three different apps for a while there. The learn rooms and clean specific rooms feature is gone.

Outrageous price for replacement brush

3 years and still runs great

Their batteries wear down and the robots stop functioning as intended. This samsung has been the best cleaning robot. They all need some maintenance, but the samsing battery has lasted me 3 years with no issues and the cleaning of floors is still working properly. The dust bin still fills up and the floors are cleaned.
I would recommend this to a friend
