Big empty space for no reason no charger in the empty space poor packaging

Not a good deal the back cover poped up at the corner and the battery keeps popping up i just started using it.

Great product for the price!! You really can not ask for a phone that is lightweight, clear voice, nice camera, and very nice features. The phone is refurbished but it works great and im very glad i bought it!

I moved info and SIM card with ease I thought. I don’t use a phone much. First I thought slow connection was my settings. It improved some but still not right unless connected to house wi-fi. A month or two in then messages SIM card not present, restart corrected it for a while then returned a few times to do restart again. Calls started not going out sometimes. Found out calls not coming in. I finally went to Verizon 2 store locations and no one could figure it out, not the SIM card. Called their customer service remote look up already known by others not connected properly. He states it will not connect properly or ever work properly because this is a CLONE. Refurbished is NOT A SAMSUNG and can not be connected without a red flag shutting it completely down to lose everything. Best Buy store says they can't do anything because out of warranty. I use to buy all my electronics there for quality and no hastle. No phone calls or text until I buy a new one to transfer data because why waste money on service the phone can not receive.

Very touchy about recognizing fingerprints to the point that I usually enter my pin instead. Other than that, it's an ok phone, has it's quirks that I might be able to get used to. (Alarm goes off but you have to go to notifications to turn it off, it only appears on screen randomly. Just little things like that) Also, it is impossible to get an off the shelf case that fits this phone. It is different than the A42 5G with dual sims and macro camera and that is the only kind of case available. I had to purchase an A22 case from China, and it isn't due to arrive for another 2-3 weeks. I'm having second thoughts about this purchase.

I have had an A42 for years and I dropped it a shattered the screen. This just replaced the older one. Really happy with it.

Needed to purchase a phone that was compatible with new medical equipment, but couldn't afford the purchase of a new phone. This was an affordable option and has by in large been a good purchase. Two issues have emerged however. Battery life has not been what I had hoped, and since this is a pre-owned phone I am having issues with a greater number of spam and phishing posts.

Looks like new, very easy to use i would recommend to other buyers

The phone works good, the only downside that I didn't know about is that fact that it can't upgrade beyond Android 13. It's a bit slow, and the battery drains pretty quickly. But it at least works.

Its a great phone. Has great signal. I havent had any issues with the phone at all. Great battery life. Has a perfect camera.

Phone is pretty solid. Few issues so far just with a application not working with my phone

I purchased this phone for my son he needed a phone and couldn't afford to purchase a new one. The phone looks brand new and works great. I am glad I made this purchase.

Great product my husband loves the phone. I thought it would be too big but very easy to use and very sharp! We hope for the best with the product.

The phone keep acting up, it was a gift to my sister but she will wake up a day and the phone will stop working for 24 h and it will come back again, so we don’t know what to do.

After about a year of use this phone is still going strong, hasn't slowed down whatsoever. Highly recommend

Nothing but little annoying problems with these Samsung A42 models. Thought my daughter was just rough with hers and she dropped it in something and that's what the fluid came from inside the phone. Nope the battery exploded. Got a new battery, meantime i bought my man a galaxy -not realizing it was the same model as my daughters phone. Day 1, barely cornered an 3D resin printer on it and cracked the screen. As i was getting the glass screen protector out for it. Got the screen replaced, just to have it start to not take a charge, at all. Got the battery replaced and still won't take a charge. I will never recommend a galaxy phone nor will i ever purchase another.

Iv had this phone awhile now with no case or screen protector and it has held up better then my last 4 phones

The phone is very nice it is very easy-to-use the pictures are so clear very happy with the phone
