    You would never know it was refurbished. Quality is perfect, i purchased the " excellent " option. Im a full time student, my phone works better than my laptop.

    The listing is quite misleading. Its not truly unlocked as it comes with either Verizon or AT&T software on it that cannot be removed. After 3 purchases and exchanges, i found the exact same phone for half the cost on Amazon. I was informed that a third party sells these phones through Best Buy so you dont know what youre getting.
