    Greetings! I am really Upset For as such Rediculus Experience on my First Purchase Order.Order Number:1124101245948 On April 10 ,I Have ordered Online Unlocked Samsung Note 20 Ultra Mobile .But unfortunately not happy with service for which I jotted few points Below. 1)Late Delivery as Scheduled on April 15,but I received on April 19,So My Excitement on new Phone got into sadness. 2)instead of Unlocked they sent Locked Phone. 3)As your Customer service Misguided me to visit nearest Store soquel & Exchange or they will on the spot unlock. 4)Upon personal visit to store , Representative Mr Eliot karkar ,Not able to find career to unlock ,&They don't have any phone in storage. 5)Nigther give any confirmation on Next Arrival of Stock. So I really disappointed with such pathetic service, where Best Buy without checking all relevant prerequisite, how they can send it to customer. ultimately pick they arranged at san Jose blossom hill store was damaged item & i got no option left to return & refund. still awaiting for refund. I am still keeping patience & Request to ESCLATE this issue to concern management team

    very pleased with the purchase of Samsung Note 20 ultra 5G. The battery life is pretty good, plus what it comes in the hardware, like variety of ring tones to choose from. This phone comes with a nano sim slot and a micro sd slot.
