Phone did not work. Had ro return it to best buy..

This is only my second pre-owned phone. I was skeptical at first but for the price, I took a chance and I'm glade I did. The phone works great and was unlocked as promised. The screen had a small crack on the edge which I can't see because of my phone case and screen protector. The only hippcup I had in the process is when the phone arrived a day later due to FedEx. If I had too, I would order from this seller again.

Its a good phone, have a good camera and the operative system is great.

I’m very upset, bc I bought it to send it to Cuba, so there must be unlocked as is reads to be. But the matter is the phone isn’t, when you put the sim card from their carrier there said to be locked

The phone has so much scuff marks all around the metal edges. It even has small dents. Whomever the previous owner was didn't take care of the phone. It doesnt have a scratch on the screen but the condition of this phone wasn't even good. It was at most maybe in fair condition. We also noticed the battery drains fast. We would not be buying a refurbished phone in the future. If we didn't need the phone immediately we would return it back.

The phone was NOT UNLOCKED when I received it. I went to my local Best Buy, and they could not unlock it or tell me why it would be sent not unlocked. I had to exchange it for a lesser model, for $50.00 more. Extremely unhappy. I feel this was false advertisement.
