    We had a little hitch at purchase because I had selected "trade in" but didn't have the old phone with me. It took a few minutes to clar the transaction and start it over, but no problem! I purchased this phone as "used and unlocked," but it looks and acts brand new to me! Perfect screen and shell. I am very pleased with my purchase. Why would I go anywhere else?

    Great phone, does the job, quick, easy to use. only issue is that the battery dies quicker than I had hoped but I think this is to be expected with a previously used phone / older phone. Over all, great buy!
