I am glad I got this phone. It looks new, came with a charging cable and sim pin. It is also unlocked and worked with my sim. The battery life is still great.

It works excellent there were a few small scratches on the phone that I didn't expect to see but overall in good condition it works as it's supposed to if it weren't for the cosmetics I would have given it a 5 star

Looks new, no scratch and works perfectly. It came with charger plug and cable. The battery has a good life left on it. Its a good deal.

This is the second time I've purchase a pre-owned unlocked phone from Best Buy, and both times the phones I've received have been in excellent condition. This phone had very minor cosmetic damage to the paint on the side of the phone, which I didn't even notice until I was putting a case on the phone and the case covers it. Aside from this barely noticeable cosmetic damage, the phone looks brand new and operates as if it was. The phone I received was a previous AT&T phone and came with all the AT&T apps still installed. This initially concerned me because I purposely purchased an unlocked phone to use on the Verizon network. Thankfully it was truly unlocked and I did not have any issues when I inserted the Verizon SIM card and the phone immediately connected to and operated off their network. For those that may have an issue, AT&T makes it really easy to release the phone from their network. You have to go onto their website and put in a request for release. You will need the phone's IMEI number to do so, which can easily be found in the phone's settings. The processing of my request was extremely quick. AT&T also provides instructions on the initial set up of the phone under the new network. While I did go through this process, I don't believe I needed to. I bought this phone for a family member so I didn't have their Verizon SIM card when I first received the phone to test it out (I use AT&T) and requested the release as a precaution. Overall, the phone looks great, and operates quickly and smoothly! The screen is crisp and with vibrant color. The cameras on the phone appear to be excellent as well and the battery life has been great so far. The speakers on the phone are great too. The family member I purchased this for used to only use speaker phone on their previous phone because they couldn't hear very well from the ear speaker. With this phone they don't have to use speaker phone because the ear speaker is loud and clear. I've also noticed a HUGE improved in clarity of sound from their end of the call. The microphone also does an excellent job filtering out background noise as well. If you're looking to upgrade your phone without crushing your budget, I would definitely consider this phone or other pre-owned options.

I have used this phone for a little over a two years now. I received it in great shape and has worked perfectly since I got it. The only limitation with this phone has been the battery life. The battery goes downhill very fast when it gets to 20%. With full use in an 8 hour day, you will have to recharge once.

This is a great phone. I was used but I can't really tell. It looks basically flawless. An S20 for under $250! That is an incredible deal. The only downside is that delivery was delayed by a day but they told me it was going to be about five times (that is not an exaggeration). Everything went well with the purchase and the phone. One more thing, the battery in the S20 is showing it will last four days on one charge. My wife doesn't use it a lot - she doesn't watch videos or play games on it - but still, what a great battery life.

I bought this phone for my mom based on me owning the same phone for 3 years. It does what it is supposed to do and has performed well! It was priced well for a replacement phone for her. No complaints.

Great phone!! Was unlocked and in excellent condition. I did have a mishap with my first go around purchase, it had got damaged or the package got damaged and i had to wait 2 weeks but i gave it a 5 star bc of the phone being in such great condition being a refurbished phone that is 4+ years old. The battery has held charge for 24hrs to 48hrs depending on usage such as watching movies and playing games.

This phone has given absolutely no problems. The only glitch was when I purchased it and it was still locked under AT&T. However, unlike most carriers, they gave me the unlock code right away without a hitch. I can say that this is a good-durable phone to use. I got one for both of my grandsons.

This phone is a gift for a special person. Outstanding battery life and camera. She's consistently on her phone and taking great photos to share with family.
