Phone is great. For a pre owned, it looks and fell new

The delivery was poorly packaged, rattling when shaken slightly. The screen was faulty with a persistent glitch, which was a big disappointment. I was advised to visit their store for assistance, which is a huge inconvenience which I had not planned for.

Came out defective. Turned it on after picking it up and the screen was all white you could hardly see any letters or numbers. Do you guys actually test them after repair?

I Bought a Samsung S20 Ultra 5GA and return it because the phone locked me out and I could not get it to work. I returned the phone, and had it replaced with the same model and to camera stopped working, gave me a "Camera Failed". I bought this phone for the camera!

This phone is very good better than anticipated, the camera's are good also beautiful photos im satisfied .

A very capable phone with all the boxes checked, even in 2023 this phone is still a top performer. Note: This is a 128gb phone but unlike the newer models you can still add a SD card to this model, so I added a 256 micro sd. The camera may not be as advanced as the '23, but coming from a S7 edge it is an upgrade for sure. Im happy with my choice to spring for the Ultra instead of a lesser model.

2 weeks in, and to me the phone works as if it were new! Compared to buying a completely new phone, I'm saving 70% and getting near 70% as the same performance as a new phone. No complainants.

This is a great phone although it's been refurbished. Have not had any problems with it.

I bought this phone a month ago now, and I can confidently say it was worth the buy! The only issue I've had is the backing coming off the slightest bit but since I've gotten a case that hasn't been an issue.

The S20 Ultra looked brand new arrived a week ahead of time. The employee was knowledgeable and as well as helpful. I would actually recommend Best Buy's used phone selection over the "Free" phones offered by certain companies.
