Looks like new packaging in good condition I was happy with the purchase

Overall a decent phone for the price, just did not come with the power cord or the instruction manuals.

My son got this for his birthday and it is a Huge upgrade from his previous phone (and A12). Its a lot faster, holds more data, and the camera is great!

So far so good. Haven't had this phone long enough really for an honest review. The only thing I worry about is the no warranty. $400 is still a lot of money for me to spend to not be warranted. I do have total tech but unfortunately it doesn't cover cell phones I hear. So if this lasts a couple years I won't complain. I also wish it had a speaker jack

Good quality, almost brand new, no kind of defects on refurbished phone

I purchased a refurbished Galaxy s21. Next time I will buy a new one. Refurbished phone is slow and the keyboard doesnt work very well.

The phone was in good condition but It was locked by Verizon, Iam disappointed Best Buy allows these third party company to sell on there platform without checking.

I bought this phone for $400 and it was supposed to be unlocked. I sent it to my sister out of the country only to find that it’s still locked to Verizon. I tried to contact Bestbuy several times. They kept telling me to go to different stores to have the issue resolved and though they accepted the sold me a locked phone they didn’t even have the courtesy to resolve the issue. In fact no one seemed to know how to resolve my issue. So disappointing especially being a Geek Squad member for over 5 years.

Product is in excellent condition, works great. Would definitely recommend.

Best decision was accidentally shattering my old phone by launching it across the parking lot so I could upgrade to this one - I funbled this one again and there isn't so much as a scratch on it

Phone would not read sim card, I replaced my sim card hoping it would fic the issue and realized it was the phone that was the problem. Pretty upset customer. As it was "certified refurbished" it was a christmas gift that i no longer can return.

Phone was unlocked in great condition the screen had no scratches definetly recomend it
