I ordered the exact same phone from the company online that did not work at all. And they're pricing was very similar to best. Buy, so I'm glad I got a local. Phone with a store that is so helpful in getting your phone.Transitioned and answering questions.Really glad I was able to make this purchase through best buy.

After 40 minutes on the phone with Best Buy, and 42 minutes on the phone with AT&T it's still not unlocked. I will not buy another used or refurbished electronic from Best Buy.
