This was a good value phone, and for the most part it has worked well, but occasionally it's Bluetooth functionality can get a little wonky. It sometimes drops calls, but other than that it works well and was a pretty good value for the phone.

I was a little hesitant when ATT popped up when starting the phone for the first time but the phone was in great condition and as soon as I inserted my Tmobile sim card it looked up the info and connected no issue. Transfering from my S10 to this phone was the easiest I've ever seen it done.

The phone overheated since the beginning, had terrible battery life, then froze and never turned on again, stuck on the Samsung black screen. Best Buy’s warranty support is frustrating: hard to reach, limited service hours, and they referred me to Geek Squad, who don’t even handle Samsung phones. By the time I was told to contact the seller, the warranty had expired. Now I’m left with a broken phone, no support, and no refund, waiting for a solution from Best Buy... All this happened within 3 months. I don’t recommend buying refurbished phones from Best Buy, unless you want to waste your money.

Just needed to replace the old one until I decide to purchase a later model. It did work, was in great shape, pricey but rather spend a few bucks more to get one that looks and works great.

I bought this used phone "unlocked." It was shipped to my house and recieved in a few days. The phone was in great shape, like new. When I turned it on, I could see which carrier it was previously locked to. I put in a SIM card from a different service provider and it still works great months later.
