My husband needed a phone and the way he takes care of them we decided to get a reconditioned phone. We are very pleased! Highly recommend one to anyone!!

I purchased this phone as a new gift for my husband's early Christmas gift. He used to have a note 10 and he lost it, although this one is a bit smaller he loves the camera and features of this phone.

The phone worked well for what i needed it for. I always reccomend samsung products to people.

The phone stop working within a 4 weeks. It kept saying nonsim card. I went to T-Mobile, they check it out and they said something was wrong with no phone. Call best buy and they didn't help. I do not recommend this phone. In fact do not buy any pre owned phone from them

We never used this phone. I was sold a locked phone instead of an unlocked phone. I went back in to return it and they initially refused to accept it stating that it was my responsibility to confirm that it was unlocked. Saying because I ordered it online. We pressured the manager Jack saying he sold us the wrong device and finally he agreed to take it back. We didnt get to gift the phone to my brother who lives outside USA so it was no use to us. I cant believe we had to fight to get our money back, in reputable best buy. Do better best buy.

This phone is bombing. I love it so much and will encourage everyone to buy one and make sure its from BEST BUY.

I bought phone to replace my old Motorola phone. It exceed my expectations. It performance is that of a new phone. My came with Verizon apps, but that can be easily removed.

Clearly preowned and not bet well refurbished. Already experiencing battery issues but for the price it's about what I expected.

Excellent Pre Owned Samsung S21 Phone, no scratch, excellent condition phone, when I started T-mobile sign came, I put AT&T sim card and then follow the instructions, that was it, and AT&T sim is working.

Great condition being pre-owned. Works great have no complaints at all.

There were loose screws when I tried to get it fixed. I dropped it on the floor, and the display stopped working altogether. Upon opening up the phone, there were actually loose screws on the inside that had caused the display to easily detach. The drop should not have caused the display to stop working, but unfortunately, the phone was no longer in warranty and I was told that it was because I "dropped it."

Bought this for my son as his other phone stopped working. Great phone for a kid and he is enjoying it!

Best phone out there. The 100x zoom is great as well and comes in handy. You can't beat quality pictures like this one I took in Alaska.

Big upgrade for me (A12). Needed to be able to cast to my tv. Better screeen, more storage. Battery life not as good.
