I wouldnt buy a used phone online again but overall the phone works. I can tell the screen was replaced and theres a bunch of scrapes all over the frame of the phone and a huge staine on the back of the phone as well. Also boticed the battery gets really hot and battery draina fast.

I reviewed the phone later than expected and when I got it, IT AS CARRIER LOCKED TO AT&T! I tried carrier unlocking it through AT&T which they couldn't do. I ended up returning it to Best Buy but when I tried to return it in stores they said it was already returned and I had to talk to a manager to finally get it returned. Over all just a painful experience, If you need a phone don't buy renewed unlocked, more than likely companies don't check if it's actually carrier unlocked and they just try to sell it.

I bought this open box s21 a few months ago ans so farvso good, like new no problems at all.

Acutally at first, I thought its a crab been a pre own but looks good when i got it.

It works great it does not have any system issues but has wear marks at back of the phone rather than i like it

I had bring it back and receive my money wanted patiently for it an then to get an it was locked ! When I was making the purchase they told everything would be great an it was unlocked. So i will never by an refurbished item again.

First off this phone was nof sealed properly. You failed to seal the phone properly. These phones are supposed to be water resistant up to 1.5 M. I accidentally submerged it 6 inches, pulled it out less than 2 seconds later, it stopped working until I took it to a Repair shop to suck the water out, and rhen it started working again 3 monts later the SIM stopped working. I had tmobile install an eSIM but still no signal. I sent it directly into SAMSUNG for repairs and THEY COULDNT FIX IT. Why cant your Geek Squad fix Samsung phones if you sell them?? Horrible experience with this purchase.

Phone works great. No blemishes to phone aside of small scratches on screen. Great purchase, easy set up.
