    The S21 Samsung phone I ordered from Best Buy works just perfectly. I ordered the exact same phone from the company online that did not work at all. And they're pricing was very similar to best. Buy, so I'm glad I got a local. Phone with a store that is so helpful in getting your phone.Transitioned and answering questions.Really glad I was able to make this purchase through best buy.

    The phone was not unlocked. After 40 minutes on the phone with Best Buy, and 42 minutes on the phone with AT&T it's still not unlocked. I will not buy another used or refurbished electronic from Best Buy.
