The back had been opened and around the camera area is gapping due to refurbishment. I didn’t pick refurbished phone.

Also... it was "certified" by Samsung so Best Buy doesn't really have much to do about it, so many find a Refurbished/Used product certified by them.

It was super pretty when I pulled it out all scratched up and holding on for its life. Careless packaging, returned item. The best phone by far Ive ever purchased but just dont buy refurbished from Best Buy, Amazon.com baby. Came like brand new.
