Phone has been functioning perfectly, with basically no cosmetic defects. SmartSync allowed me to take my ancient S8+ data and move it to my new phone (after deleting a couple gigs of old junk). As someone who hates the idea of spending $800-$1,000 on a phone upgrade, I'm very happy with my purchase.

The phone in good working condition, but I found a cheaper price with in five minutes was unable to cancel the order on line that minute had to login the next day and by then it was being processed and the fee to restock would kill the savings.

The phone is all right, but i would recommend the s21+

Bought this to upgrade from an older phone, and didn't want to pay a monthly fee. I was hesitant at first because it was pre owned and you never know what your going to get. Phone came in generic packaging, but came with a samsung charger/cord. I am giving this 5 starts because the phone literally looked/felt brand new, no scrapes/scratches, dings or dents to be found. Charges fine, no weird battery drain and everything works flawlessly.

Overall, the device is in excellent condition. The only issue I am having is the battery life. The phone dies quickly and charges slow.

I finally upgraded from the Samsung S8+ and received my Samsung S21 preowned phone from Best Buy. It was easy to set up and transfer my information from my old phone. It's only been a week or so and I am really impressed with this phone. The camera is extremely clear while the phone is smaller and lighter compared to the Samsung S8+.

I was nervous purchasing a previously owned phone. Very pleased that the description was spot on! The phone was exactly as advertised. Thank you!

This was easy to set up, and it works like a brand new phone. It does not have any issues. The battery life is great, and it did not have any scratches, so i loved that about it. Also, I loved it that it came with the charger and adapter. The price was great too.

Everything is fine with the phone, minimal aesthetic detail; It comes in a generic box and includes a generic cable. It is available for any company but not natively, it came with Verizon applications

Love my Samsung, its like new. I recommend buying at Beat Buy used or open box items.

The phone worked fine, at first. Just yesterday though it all took a turn. I was going to get groceries and all of a sudden my cellphone signal was not working, i made sure that my plan was still active and restarted the phone. Still no signal and now I am being told that my sim card slot is open (it is closed). At the same time my charging port suddenly stops working. All of these issues were not existent earlier that day. This was on 05/22/2025, today 05/23/2025 i contacted chat support and got a representative named Akhil, he said that I have warranty through Samsung still on the device and that he would schedule me an appointment for an in-person visit. I never got a confirmation number nor a location, date or time for this appointment. I then went to my local store and after waiting, find out that there wasnt any appointment and that BestBuy cannot service my phone anyhow. So i paid BestBuy good money for a Total Membership and a phone for no reason other than to have a situation where i need a phone, i bought a phone but its broken and i cannot use it until i pay for repairs. The other company that can service my samsung s21 is under investiagtion and closed. Thank you very much for taking my money BestBuy.

This review is for BestBuy, not much to say about the phone. I purchased this phone because it says it is unlocked. Well it wasn't unlocked, and it was in fact locked to Verizon. I contacted customer service via the chat on the website, and was directed to 3 different people, all of which were absolutely no help in any way, and couldn't even comprehend that the phone was locked. So I drove to my local BestBuy store where I was told "it's locked because it's preowned". Well it says unlocked on the website, so someone is incorrect. The manager at the customer service desk told me to try driving to a Verizon store to see jf they could unlock it. So, I did, using my gas and my vehicle and my time, just to be told by Verizon "we don't unlock phones, even if we did, why would we fix the issue, that's BestBuy's problem for giving you a locked phone" which makes sense. So I drove back to BestBuy, and decided I'd just return it for an unlocked one. Well they were completely out of stock, so I decided I'd get an S22 and asked if they could give me any kind of discount or a coupon since it was more expensive and it was BestBuy's fault for sending me the wrong product, and wasting my time driving around, and they said, quite bluntly, no. They also tried charging me a $45 restocking fee, but I refused since it wasn't my problem. I ended up just returning the useless phone and not buying a different one. The overall experience and customer service was some of the worst I've ever dealt with, and I wasted hours of time, not to mention driving around like an idiot because the manager thought he could have someone else fix his problem. Thanks BestBuy.

This is an awesome phone. It's in perfect condition and works GREAT. I am very pleased to get a quality product at a great price. I purchased online and picked up at the store. Easy peesy.
