Went to three Best Buys and was told at all three stores, sorry we do not have have a Samsung person here to look at it, try "this store." Not pleased with the product and the lack of support from Best Buy

Refurbished phones suck

If you actually turn the phone off at night, it wont come back on till noon for some reason. And the phone has to be charged 3x a day.

I thought it would be a safe place to buy such a phone, but the first phone I tried had so many problems they took it back, the second one (I exchanged it for) had problems that only started the two weeks after purchase, and now I have a broken phone but no option to return and the repair place can't fix it. Best Buy seems like a nice place to buy from, but their refurbished phone policy is terrible.
