The phone worked fine, at first. Just yesterday though it all took a turn. I was going to get groceries and all of a sudden my cellphone signal was not working, i made sure that my plan was still active and restarted the phone. Still no signal and now I am being told that my sim card slot is open (it is closed). At the same time my charging port suddenly stops working. All of these issues were not existent earlier that day. This was on 05/22/2025, today 05/23/2025 i contacted chat support and got a representative named Akhil, he said that I have warranty through Samsung still on the device and that he would schedule me an appointment for an in-person visit. I never got a confirmation number nor a location, date or time for this appointment. I then went to my local store and after waiting, find out that there wasnt any appointment and that BestBuy cannot service my phone anyhow. So i paid BestBuy good money for a Total Membership and a phone for no reason other than to have a situation where i need a phone, i bought a phone but its broken and i cannot use it until i pay for repairs. The other company that can service my samsung s21 is under investiagtion and closed. Thank you very much for taking my money BestBuy.

Works goood. No problems with it..works like a new one.

Love my Samsung, its like new. I recommend buying at Beat Buy used or open box items.

The S21 Samsung phone I ordered from Best Buy works just perfectly. I ordered the exact same phone from the company online that did not work at all. And they're pricing was very similar to best. The phone was not unlocked. After 40 minutes on the phone with Best Buy, and 42 minutes on the phone with AT&T it's still not unlocked. I will not buy another used or refurbished electronic from Best Buy.
