Looked at another location for a newer phone and way able to locate 1 at the racine location but since they refunded my money back to my form of payment couldnt immediately go purchase it. Also best buy is aware that they are selling defective electronics when i returned the phone the rep stated that they get alot of returns for used and refurbished items. Best buy needs to look over their products better before being sold again

Upon getting the phone updated we noticed the external speaker was blown. Ive been round and round trying to get it replaced. I was told a replacement was being shipped to the wausau location and would be able to swap it out. 10 days or so later with no updates I come to find out they dont have my replacement phone. Now im being promised by the 21st. I have no faith in any of this. You all sent me a defective phone and now are playing games with the exchange. Im not happy
