Their “best advice” is to return the item. They may also tell YOU to call the original provider to try to fix it.

Battery drains fast.

I also had to wait for a week and some change to recive it and i was not happy that when it finally arrives it defective.

PSA - 4+ Year Old Phone

This phone is more than 4 years old, and monthly security updates stopped in February 2025. It will only receive quarterly security updates through the end of January 2026. As of today, this gives you a little over 9 months of shelf life on this phone. It's a great phone, just know what you're buying.

But these scratches were not very noticeable unless you really try to find them.

Not what i ordered
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Phone came in perfect condition but its was suppose to be unlocked when it arrived i put sim card in and it was still locked to att so had to return it then they didnt have a phone for the same price and said it would take 2 to 3 weeks to get one after waiting 2 weeks for the first one. so needless to say i wasnt very happy
