Phone isn't unlocked, screen displays Verizon logo when it is turned on. Got a "sim card is not a Verizon's" warning message when sim card inserted. Equipments returned back twice and cancelled order

Great phone. Got a deal from bestbuy bought it as renewed merchandise. Still excellent even if it was returned
