Bought the preowned unlocked samsung galaxy s10+( N975U). Im giving these pre-owned phones a 3 star for 3 reasons listed below. All in all this phone arrived in immaculate condition. No scratches dings or dents. The box was not orininal but that was expected. The charge cable is of the cheapo veriety, expect to find better quality ones at the gas station, not mad though. The charge block is an oem samsung fastcharger and sim eject tool was included as stated in the description of the listing. 1. Regardless of the fact that these phones are unlocked, best buy doesnt give you the option of what branded firmware you get when ordering an unlocked phone this can cause issue ibwill mention later. 2. This builds off #1. If when receving said phone, if you get a different carrier branded phone than what you are using you may be locked out of apn settings for your current sim card.( ex. ATT software on phone with verizon sim card and vice versa) havent personally recieved any other carriers at this time. 3. In order to circumnavigate this issue, you must download a patched version of samsungs odin software version 3.13b, and then find an unlocked firmware (N975U1) to flash on your phone with same or newer binaries. N975U and N975U1 firmware are interchangeable. Only then will the phone trully be unlocked. OTA updates work as they are supposed to apn settings are unlocked, setup and useable as they should be, and if you really wanted to you can reflash whatever branded firmware you want(N975U) following the same binary guidline when downloading carrier branded firmware. You have to flash the N975U1 firmware to remove carrier splash screen and bloatware, then you can either stay on the unbranded firmware or swap to w/e carrier firmware(N975U). Att,verizon tmobile all have their own bloatware that the unbranded firmware does not. With all that said, im am technically inclined and have worked with these issues b4. I Recieved an ATT phone and have a verizon sim card, my apn settings showed up in settings, but when trying to save settings, the phone said they were not allowed. This is when i went through the 25 hour grueling searchfest, testing firmwares, having constant hash 256 failures. Having to research into these failures to having to use the patched odin software, getting a good flash and testing ota updates and everything else. If the average person gets one of these phones and it doesnt match your sim, return it. The hassle of finding the programs and firmware arnt worth the headache. Until bestbuy gives you the option to CHOOSE WHAT CARRIER FIRMWARE THEY SEND YOU, STEER CLEAR UNLESS YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH THE PROBABILITY OF WHAT I WROTE IN #,s 1,2, and 3. If that is a gamble you want to take, by all means do you my friend. These phones are unlocked, but you may have to do some work to get it to work for you, you may get lucky and have no issues, and you may be like me and have a journey of the ages. I laughed, i cried, i was mad and then relieved. I no longer have to return this phone and my daughter can have my old s10 plus for her bday(still in great shape) bought unlocked from bestbuy as well last year .

Easily one of the best phones - microSD

This is still easily one of the best phones you can own. The price/value is a steal now. It used to cost over a $1000. I hate how newer phones take away the microSD slot - this one still has it! The screen is nice. The processor/speed is powerful for games. It's super slim, curved screen, glossy finish so it is slippery; you definitely need a case if you're walking around with it. The only reason to upgrade to a newer phone now is the camera has better zoom. Everything else is pretty much a downgrade for me. This also has 45W Super Fast Charging. You can fully charge in less than an hour. This was the last Note series.

The phone came in quickly and safely. The phone was as described in the product description and works well! I had no troubles getting it ready to work and operable. I would say there are some marks on the screen of my phone but as it is refurbished it makes sense. The phone works well, looks good, and operates as expected. It came with a charging cable, a power brick, and a sim card opener along with the manual and box. Definetly a good way to buy an unlocked phone at a lower price!

Avoid this phone - I purchased this in February and just purchased a phone on Amazon in July. Why? Because it no longer reads the SIM card. I took it to Verizon, my carrier, and after an hour of work, they said it was an internal problem and that I should take it to UbreakIfix. I found the same renewed phone on Amazon and bought it there because it is cheaper than having it fixed. Secondly, the battery is failing to hold a charge - it drops 30% overnight. I did all the recommended fixes including a complete wipe and restart; none of that worked. Now my son uses it to play games on but has to charge it daily. Third, the camera continually failed. To fix it, I'd have to clear the cache and restart the phone. By the time it would restart, the moment had passed; so, no picture. Obviously I was past the return period so I am stuck with this lemon of a pre-owned phone. Beware. I am a big fan of BestBuy so I don't think this is their issue. I purchased a pre-owned Note 8 more than three years ago from them and it is still running strong. I think I just got a lemon and there is no way to get a refund.

I bought this phone and it was terrible. That said i bought a refurbished one. I had to return it after 6 days. Wouldn't charge all the way and the camera didn't work correctly. The people at the store were nice but i had to either spend another $650 on another phone plus the $425 i just paid, or i could give them my phone and they would have it for 7-10 business days to fix or send me a different phone. I had to have a phone for work so i spent the money and had to get a new phone. I was very upset. I will say i did get good customer service. The process upset me.
