Bought a refurbished Note10+ from Best Buy. No blemishes or scratches, phone worked like it was new. I'm enjoying it!

Beautiful. Works well with my provider. Very smooth scrolling. Easy to hold. AT&T doesn't have the same layout as my other Samsung phones.

Misled and deceptive sales. This is an AT&T phone, along with all of the associated AT&T bloatware. It is NOT a clean unlocked phone.

Great phone, replacing my Galaxy Note9. Battery is noticeable a bit older (holds a charge for a day and a half), but not really noticeable, as long as you set it to charge at night.

I got a phone and it works, nothing is wrong with it THANKFULLY. It was a gamble i was willing to take tho cause i need a phone so.. yeahhh

Not very happy since the unit arrived missing the SIM card ejector pin, necessitating a trip to another big box store just to buy one! -I mean how could you not think that such a thing would be essential on an unlocked phone? Disappointed with the lack of fore-sight.

Poor experience, had to return first phone because it wasn't unlocked. Once the replacement came in, it still wasnt unlocked, might as well keep my old phone.

Very disappointed with this purchase. Being a total tech member I expected better experience. Order an unlocked phone and they sent a Verizon locked phone. Took to bestbuy to see if they can help, they basically offered to just accept the return. Also asked us ti call Verizon and see if they can unlock.

This is an excellent phone especially for parents with kids in high school or college. It’s almost as good as the Apple IPhones. Pictures comes out great and this phone has a lot of sophisticated tools that can be used by consumers to fulfill the needs of their personal business matters such as sending emails, text messaging, sending faxes, uploading pictures and downloading. Battery power lasts for at least 72 hours without charging especially if you do not use your cell phone all day.

One star due to weak glass. First drop less than 2 feet from ground, otterbox case on, landed on back. Somehow front glass cracked. Gorilla Glass???
