The phone isnt that great and battery doesnt last as long as you want . It is pretty slow for my taste

DO NOT BUY PRE-OWNED! I got this phone and almost everything worked except for the internet browsing. It would take so long to load any webpage or anything else that uses internet. When going to google maps, the phone would start to heat up and it would not load the terrain. I returned it but they charged me a $45 restocking fee for a defective phone that they sold me!

Love it. Phone is lighter than I thought it would be. Perfect condition. Just like new.

I buy this August 2 2022 the screen already out it turned black battery not good why we sale me this phone we know this phone wasn’t good I need to replace the screen and the battery I buy for $379.99

We purchased this as a replacement for an old android phone. I currently own a Galaxy Note 10+ so knowing that phone is good, I purchased this one thinking it would be great as well. Well, thats not really what ended up being the case. Firstly, the battery life was surprisingly poor as if replaced by a cheap knock-off battery. Secondly, the wireless charging didn't work at all! We tried many troubleshooting methods to get it to work and nothing helped. My assumption is that whoever reconditioned the phone didnt check the wireless charging assembly when putting it together. Thirdly, the charging port itself failed after 4 days. We got an error saying there was moisture in the port and there was none. Made it unuseable. My advice for anyone buying a refurbished phone on here is that you should keep that reciept very close by. In my experience, you're going to need it.

I was excited about this purchase since I love Samsung notes and it was a very good price. The phone discharged super fast and when I charged it it lasted a long time. We only used it for 2 days and then the charge did not exceed 39%. I'll think better about whether I want to buy something used.

The phone feels and looks sophisticated but to the point of being too fragile. best buy messed up and sent the wrong color and the battery dies so fast within 20 minutes of being off the charger it would gradually lose battery life, took hours to fully charge as well.

Great quality, and a really nice value. I know its preowned, but I could literally not tell that it is. It's in perfect condition, clean.
