It was great for what it was - it is the last great size and style of phone but it was VZW and i was hoping for unlocked, it worked and looked great

Absoluty terrible. Had to return it. Best buy in marina ca sold me a locked phone. After sitting in best buy for 2 hrs waiting for their designated employee to fix it, I was told nothing could be done and handed a gift card, as if i would want to shop there again.

Very displeased that i received a defected phone were when you would slide your finger across the screen it would make a popping sound followed by a crunch. I dont understand why i got charged a restock fee for a phone damaged on arrival
